
Full body quick home workout

If you need to get a quick workout in at home, and don’t want to have to use any equipment, this workout can be done in 30 min. It’s a high intensity workout with very little to no rest to get your heart rate pumping, and burn a lot of calories in a very short period of time.
Workout:
- 5 min warmup (jumping jacks, step-ups, jogging in place, high knees)
- 5 min stretch (stretch out your whole body)
- 1 min of pushups
- 1 min of mountain climbers
- 1 min of burpies
- 1 min walkout pushups (stand up, put your arms in front of your feet, walk it all the way out to a pushup position, do a pushup, and then return to starting position)
- 1 min of squats (hip width apart, straight toes, sit in an imaginary chair)
- 1 min of plie squats (wide legs toes out, do not lean forward, just go straight down)
- 1 min of full sit-ups
- 1 min bicycle abs (opposite elbow to opposite knee, other leg extends straight out. for less impact, put your opposite foot on the ground to take pressure off your back)
- Stretch and enjoy your day 🙂
