Frequently Asked Questions

How do I sign up?

Click here and follow the simple instructions. For your convenience, you can pay online securely via credit card. Once we’ve received your registration information, we will provide you with a ‘Welcome Packet’ that will give you detailed information and all the boot camp faqs you need.

What happens after I register for a boot camp?

You will be contacted via email and be provided with pre-camp evaluation and orientation information which includes the following:

  • Introduction to SoCal Fitness Boot Camp.
  • Boot camp ‘Welcome Packet’ with loads of information and women’s workout faqs.
  • Pre & Post-Camp Evaluation Form: used for pre-camp and post-camp measurements which you can compare and see what improvements you’ve achieved in the 4 weeks of camp. No one sees these measurements but you and your trainer (if you allow her). You’ll be amazed at the results you’ve achieved in just 4 short weeks of camp.
  • Provide answers to any questions that you may have.

What do I bring to boot camp?

You will need to bring an exercise mat, one set of 5-10 pound hand weights, comfortable running shoes, sweat towel, and water to keep you hydrated throughout your workout.

What does a typical day look like at boot camp?

Purposely, there is no typical day. Unlike a gym work-out, everyday is different so you don’t get bored. There will be weight training, core training, short distance running, jumping rope, obstacle courses and so much more. You will also receive instruction on core stability and proper form. One thing that is typical about each day is the fun that you will have getting in shape!

Will I see results right away?

You can see physical results within two to three weeks, but improvement in your performance can be seen within the first week of camp. Everyone is different, and results will vary depending on the effort level.

What happens if it rains?

You will probably get wet. Unless it is a downpour, camp will be held (after all, this is a BOOT CAMP).

What is your refund policy?

If due to unforeseen circumstances you are unable to attend camp, and we are notified prior to the camp start date, we will give you a refund (Minus the credit card fees incurred).  But if you notify us after the start of camp, we can only offer you a non-transferable credit (no cash refund) towards another boot camp. Credit is given ONLY if you suffer a medical injury or illness that prevents you from finishing the current camp once it has begun.
